Blovena currently accepts order requests in United States dollars for delivery to addresses in the United States. Product availability, final prices, shipping charges, and the order total are confirmed when the request is submitted. Adding an item to the shopping bag does not reserve stock.

The current order-request flow does not collect payment details or confirm a sale. Submitted orders remain awaiting payment and will not be prepared or fulfilled until Blovena makes payment available and receives successful payment confirmation.

Product information is maintained with care, but minor differences in color and appearance may occur because of displays, photography, or production. For order changes, cancellations, or disputes, contact blovenastore@163.com and include the order number.
