Blovena collects the contact, delivery, and order information needed to operate the store, review order requests, provide customer support, prevent misuse, and meet legal obligations. The shopping bag is stored in your browser until the order is submitted.

The current order-request flow does not collect payment details. If online payment is enabled later, payment details will be entered on the payment provider's hosted page; Blovena will store the payment reference and status, not your complete card number. Hosting, email, payment, and delivery providers may process limited information on our behalf for those purposes.
